Your Rights and Obligations

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "solt786" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the solt786 online gaming platform operating at solt786.com and all associated services, products, applications and sub-domains.
• "User" / "you" / "Account Holder" — any individual who has registered or is seeking to register a solt786 account, or who accesses the solt786 platform in any capacity.

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all solt786 accounts, transactions and balances are denominated.

• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins or other non-cash incentives granted to a User by solt786, subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money PKR stake placed on a game or event through the solt786 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or region where the use of the solt786 Services is restricted or prohibited under applicable local law.

2 Account Registration

To access the real-money services offered by solt786, you must create a registered Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details — is accurate, current and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been suspended, excluded or banned from using solt786 or any affiliated service.
• You will keep your solt786 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. solt786 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

solt786 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Each individual person may hold only one solt786 Account. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances, including deposited real-money funds and bonus funds.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

The solt786 platform is strictly restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering and using solt786, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

solt786 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any Account Holder at any time. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP), a valid Pakistani passport, or another government-issued photo identification document.

Where a User is found to be under 18 years of age:

• Their solt786 Account will be immediately closed.
• All deposits made by the underage user will be returned.
• Any winnings accumulated during the underage session will be voided and forfeited.
• solt786 may refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on solt786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the solt786 platform:

Deposits:

• Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer and USDT TRC20. Additional methods may be available as displayed in the solt786 Cashier at time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the name of the solt786 Account Holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the solt786 Cashier at the time of deposit and are subject to change without notice.
• solt786 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering guidelines.
• solt786 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of 5-30 minutes for Easypaisa, JazzCash and SadaPay. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• solt786 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding 50,000 PKR, which may require supporting documentation.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted and accepted into solt786's processing queue.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

5 Betting & Casino Rules

All wagers placed on solt786 — whether on casino games, sports events, live Cockfighting or any other betting product — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are accepted at the sole discretion of solt786. solt786 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager without obligation to provide a reason.
• All casino games on solt786 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from licensed game providers. The outcome of any individual game round is mathematically random and independent of previous results.
• Sports betting odds on solt786 are displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmed placement are the odds that apply to the settled bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure or software error during a game session or bet placement on solt786, the affected round or bet may be declared void and the staked PKR amount returned. solt786 is not liable for losses sustained as a result of technical failure.
• Disputes regarding the outcome of any game or bet on solt786 must be submitted to solt786 English support within 72 hours of the disputed event. solt786's decision on game outcome disputes is final, subject to any statutory rights you may hold.
• HBL Pakistan Super League cricket markets on solt786, including Top Bowler betting, are subject to additional sport-specific rules available in the solt786 sportsbook section.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

solt786 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, referral rewards and other promotional incentives to Account Holders from time to time. The following terms apply to all solt786 promotions:

• Each promotion offered by solt786 is subject to specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit requirements and expiry dates — published at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money PKR balance in your solt786 wallet. Bonus funds become withdrawable only once all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• solt786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including where abuse of the promotional system is suspected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations, or placing low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active on a solt786 account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms expressly allow otherwise.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the solt786 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods on solt786.
• Money Laundering: Using solt786 to deposit, move or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity. solt786 reports suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports bet on solt786, including chip-dumping in poker and match-fixing in sports markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, macros, scripts or any other automated software to place bets, spin slots or otherwise interact with the solt786 platform without genuine human engagement.
• System Exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches in solt786 games or systems. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward solt786 staff or other users via any solt786 communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the solt786 platform — including but not limited to the solt786 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and data compilations — is the intellectual property of solt786 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the solt786 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, republishing or redistributing any solt786 content without express written permission.
• Framing, scraping or mirroring any portion of the solt786 website on any other platform.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any solt786 software or game engine.
• Using the solt786 name, logo or brand identity in any context without prior written authorisation.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

solt786's collection, use and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By registering a solt786 account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the solt786 Privacy Policy.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

solt786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to comply with identity verification or anti-money laundering documentation requests.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Discovery that the Account Holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate solt786 accounts held by the same individual.
• Account Holder request for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• Legal, regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these terms, solt786 reserves the right to retain account balances where prohibited conduct is established. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any remaining verified real-money PKR balance will be returned to the Account Holder's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, solt786 excludes liability for any losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from:

• Gambling losses incurred through use of the solt786 platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose your deposited funds.
• Interruptions, delays or failures in the solt786 platform caused by factors outside solt786's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages or third-party service provider failures.
